As VP of Business Development, Steve is responsible for execution of DataTrails go-to-market strategy, with a focus on partnership cultivation, new industry expansion, and revenue operations. Steve brings over two decades of experience first in the Fintech and TradeFi industries at Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan, and then built and led world-class customer success teams at DocuSign. Before joining DataTrails, Steve served as an SVP of Customer Success in the digital asset industry and was responsible for driving services revenue up 254% YoY and converting the entire customer base from unpredictable month-to-month agreements to committed 2-year deals.
